Re: My friend Passed H3 yesterday
Section 2.7
Prefix filter requested on 14 and 15 as well, but at the end of the lab NAT’ing wouldn’t work.
I removed the prefix FILTER from 14 and 15 and all worked … I just took that loss instead of no pings to internet!!!
It means this section you failed and tunnel is not up if nat is not correct....Plz correct me ..I faced also this in my lab but failed in H3 config.
Section 3.4
Same as WB (LOGIC).
R24 was fully preconfigured, only thing I had to add was the static route (which is allowed) and also helps 10.7.0.0/16 go out (redistribute static preconfigured).
R71 had most of the ACL’s preconfigured and the NAT Pool, so used their templates.
However, all of them were missing/wrong ACL definitions.
I redid all the ACL/POOL, but used the name that they had pre-config.
This is also not clear from feedback what exactly you had done in R71 router

Section 2.7: That is a big prolem, many guys reported he cannot handle this issue.
Section 2.8: I know two variation with this quetsion, depends on the the output you get, the ACL will be modified.

Re: My friend Passed H3 yesterday
Do you really think that is really mandatory to filter in R14/R15 if nat pool is configured ? i don't think so because there is no really solution for this. You can also change the nat pool to do by interface and do the filtering it should be work
