Recert status is now 3 years instead of 2 ( yay)

If you pass the RSv5 lab before Feb 24th 2020 then your cert will automatically convert, if you pass the written exam now and don't pass the lab by Feb 24th 2020 then your basically screwed because your only option is the new lab exam.

If you think your ready for the lab then go for it, if you dont think you can pass by next Feb then maybe best to wait and learn all the new stuff.
