please read the question carefully here:
-if it ask to advertise 10.0.0.0/8 without the "summary-only" keyword then all the networks injected in bgp in the A Class incl. 10.0.0.0/8 will be send to the neighbor. you will then filter prefix with prefix-list.
- if it is explicitly ask to use the keyword "summary-only" in bgp like 10.0.0.0/8 use the "summary-only" keyword, then you will need to use the "neighbor x.x.x.x unsuppress-map" to allow explicite components prefixes in addition to the summary
